Here we discuss the deeper truths of how meditation can impact our existence. From accelerating our manifestation cycles to providing us with a clarity that brings us back into alignment.
There are two major ways in which meditation is performs, one is through Visualisation and the other Deep meditation. Both of these have their own individual purposes which can provide better insight in which path to go depending on what you are looking to do.
Before we jump into the guided meditations, it's good to know how you can best prepare and set-up your environment to create a space for a much smoother and aligned experience during meditation.
We begin with a guided visualisation meditation connecting us back with our Hearts and the sacred sustainer of our physical existence, Mother Earth.
Now we look at a more depth-based meditation which uses affirmations to guide us deeper into ourselves.
