Don't waste time playing a role that isn't for your, quiet down, be still, listen to your own inner guidance, to the answers you already have, to what you ALREADY know.⠀

There you will find your role, your #mission, and no role is too small, or too big, it just is. Whether you're the shoemaker or the next president, your role is just as important as anyone else's.⠀

The healing starts with you. We may be feeling angry, hurt, distasteful, hateful to a lot of the crimes against humanity that are popping up, and in the micro in a relationships or our personal life situations.⠀
⠀
But the first action step that must be taken is with you and the #healing, #acceptance and #transmutation of these emotions.⠀
⠀
Not taking the time to come back to #neutrality, balance, zero before you even lift a finger, will result you in creating more of those feelings, because action results is the physical manifestation of your vibration, energy, how you're feeling.⠀
⠀
The number #1 step is always to come into #balance first, then together can reverberate that balance and magnify that balance across the world.⠀
⠀
And you may take the same action as you were thinking in these denser emotions...⠀
⠀
BUT throwing a punch in alignment is wayyyyy different than throwing a punch out of alignment, the former will have the weight of the cosmos behind you 😉 #KO #Non-Violence⠀

I've always been a #quicklearner and I've always undergone rapid changes pretty easefully and the main quality I attribute to that is my ability to empty my cup, to let go.⠀

When you want to invite change, invite something new you always have to #letgo to create space for that which you seek, else it's got nowhere to fit!⠀

And likewise when you have come to learn something, especially in the #presence of a true teacher you most definitely have to come with a clean slate...⠀

Even if in your own studies you've read something a 1000 times, sometimes it takes 1001 to realise you had no idea after all, and so you come back to 0.⠀

Take a moment to reflect if you need to let go of something, belief, thought, mindset, people, places, things, anything.⠀

Through judgement of our emotions we bring them to a halt of their natural process of transmutation from the state it manifest as in our body, back into wholeness.⠀
