Give up wanting and get.
Give up trying and be.
Give up doing and allow.

Surrender it all and Trust.

Tap into your joy and let the universal flow do the figuring out.

Letting Go doesn't mean to push away, ignore, move on, stay away from.

It means letting go of your attachment to the emotion, things, feeling, situation so you can allow it flow as it needs to, as is best for you and everyone around you.

And an attachment can be you grasping, or you trying to avoid or push away (suppress), because you can't avoid something without creating a something to avoid and thus entangling and attaching yourself to it.

You then create an identity with it in your existence.

Let go of the need for the situation to change, let go of the need to feel a different way, let go of the attachment that keeps you bound and In-Joy the freedom that is to allow. #QuickBars 😂

As I'm sure many of us have and do, I only tried to take a portion of life, I only wanted to experience one portion.

The "positive" portion, and often time that comes as a complete polar opposite to what life previously was like, which was "negative"...

And so the first awakening came with breaking out of one pole (negative) and swinging straight to the other (positive).

Yet there was still dissatisfaction, because the other side of the pole didn't disappear, it was still there...

There was a neglect of it, and in the neglecting of a part of me there was also a lingering incompleteness.

When we think rich, we think abundance, we think ALL of it... Or at least that what it implies to me...

So how can I experience a rich life without experiencing all of it?
The ugly side, the material side, the woo-woo side, the joyous side... ALL of it.

And right now one of the recent sides I had been neglecting was the material side...

The spiritual ego usually has this "broke" spiritual mentality that comes with it, like you can't have cash and be a healer at the same time... I call BULLSHIT 💩

Money has no more or less significance than anything else, so I really don't get (well I do because I had that belief system running) why you can't be materially wealthy, or charge your worth for your time and energy... IF it's in alignment with your heart...

That's where you have to ask yourself, do I really not want to charge more? Or am I scared of the judgement I get in the community, or dealing with guilt/shame paradigm that I haven't healed yet?

The only reason you're broke is that you've adapted that belief system because there's a part of you that feels that way (message to me too)...

And remember broke is a viewpoint, a perception... So I'm not even referring to you having or not having a certain amount of $$$ in your bank account.

But I digress... back to the point at hand... How do you live a rich life?

Be open to experience it ALL!

𝗜𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗸? 🎭

Is it actually easier not speaking your truth?
Is it actually easier being nice to avoid conflict?
Is it actually easier to ignore your subtle but obvious inclinations to take a certain action or say it as you feel now?
Is it actually easier to judge yourself and not say what you were going to say because it isn't "whole" or "spiritual"?
Is it actually easier to not be authentic? (And I mean actually authentic as you are and feel now, rather than what you think your authentic self looks like.)
Is it actually easier to put your rosey coloured glasses and ignore what's in front of you right now?

You can't lie to yourself, it doesn't matter if you lie to me, your neighbour, your whatever... But deep down no matter how much you try to fool yourself, you know the truth.

You know that although you try ignore it acting numb, you still feel it when you're quiet...

So why judge yourself? Why make it hard?

You're allow to feel how you feel now, it's not going to make your vibration drop and ruin all your manifestations 😂 (So long as you don't attach yourself to the story)

Persona fatigue was one of the most draining things I dealt with, pretending to be or feel other than what I was in that moment, when I was with someone else with all these "shoulds" of how I should be, all this pressure that I'm gonna fuck up my manifestations if I'm not forcing this vibration...

Allow, allow how you feel don't fight it, don't judge it, I give you full permission to be as you are, but not attaching to the story...

You are whole and complete already, so trust me if you allow what you feel now it will, you will, return to wholeness.

All you need to do is trust.

In silence we know,

Dissolving ego,
Reclaiming the show,
As consciousness we let go,
And watch it all unfold,

To the best we don't try,
That's where the magic all lies,
For us to create in our lives,
The most fulfilling design,

Carry on don't abide,
By limitations of mind,
From in and outside,
The illusory confines,

Your light is so bright,
It can't be hidden from sight,
Everpervasive, forever shines,
Lights up the world of the blind,

For them to also start to see,
How much light they also have received,
From the same source that we breathe,
The same source that makes us family,

This is why I write, this is why I breath,
So each one of us can see,
The light that we can't help but breed,

Into creations of the,
Most amazing degree,
With each one of us so unique,
It's together, we are complete.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡...

I've seen a lot of quantum growth on my path so far and it's probably been about 8 years on this journey, (for some that may seem experienced for some that's still baby territory 😂👶🏽)...

But all I've feel like I've been doing, or what has caused the fastest quantum growth is Feeling...

I remember when I was 16 Google multiple times "How to feel" or "How to feel feelings" because I was just so numbed out...

And now where I end up letting out tears sometimes when I'm guiding someone through meditation and I feel their tears come up as they're processing their energy/emotion...

But that has literally been it shadow work/integration work and I always wondered why?

I hear about all these spiritual experiences and people going on trips coming out feeling these highs, only to then have that as a memory and not their actual experienced... And again I wondered why? If I can feel that bliss in an experience, why can't it be a natural state?

Not only that all this visualisation and affirmation stuff, we always say joy/abundance/etc is our natural state... then why do I have to put this constant effort visualising and affirming?

And that's when I really started to delve into emotional healing and shadow/integration/trauma work...

It turned out it's true that are natural state is blissful, but it's just got many layer on top that need removing... And so I removed meditating continuously even up to 10 hours in a day just to really see what this feeling thing was about and how much of a fast track it can create...

Needless to say it's quantum, and don't let anyone fool you, you can't skip the work, you can't skip feeling, you MUST feel it all otherwise that feeling becomes a limitation to your reality and your reality will constantly show you what your limitations are.

And I know it can be tough and dark, but I've dived in head first into that darkness and figured out the most efficient and easeful way to go about it so I can support you on your accelerated journey.

I looked where no one would,
I looked where no one did,
I looked and never hid,
Into the darked places I dipped,

Like a snake I shed my skin,
Again and again tryna to find the end,
But only another layer I came to meet,
Another layer that wasn't me,

So I continued to break the bind,
Separating from what wasn't mine,
Again and again I tried to find,
The truth through the illusion that kept me blind,

Soaring through the day and night,
Feeling through the worst of the worst until I shined,
Through, like a beacon of pure light,
Making the darkest of the dark turn bright,

And it's through this repetition my muscle grew,
The more and more now I see the truth,
Beyond both pills red or blue,
Realising that I always knew.

I've spent countless hours in meditation focused o

I've spent countless hours in meditation focused on healing going as extreme as 10 hours in a day just to push my limits and really figure this healing thing out.

Now I can assure you 10 hours of meditation in a day is DEFINITELY not needed 😂😂😂...

But time and consitency definitely is...

Healing trauma and any energetic knot is like building a muscle, you're being at this moment can only process so much, you nervous system can only handle so much...

But with time this muscle builds to where gradually you get to the root and you actually KNOW you've got to the root, no guessing or believing... And scrap that you even go BEYOND the root in this lifetime in some circumstances even getting to past life traumas...

And this process can't be rushed, this is why many other types of healing modalities fail to work in the long term, because there is no short term fix... You MUST FEEL EVERYTHING...

And I know that can sound overwhelming, but it's the truth, many times I skipped over thinking "Nah I don't need to go that deep or feel that" only to circle back around and have life present me the EXACT feeling again and again... And the more you ignore the harder life hits you with scenarios to where you can't ignore it...

Now the great thing is your being will never give you more than you can handle in any given moment, and every time you peel another layer your trauma Healing muscle becomes stronger and your life becomes noticeably easier and easier.

Just trust yourself and surrender.

𝗜𝘁 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗔 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁...
When I first started training with my meditation teacher, we were talking before-hand about what kind of time frame I had.

I had come to him with a burning desire to kill my ego, I had a glimpse of what it was like, of the trap I've been living in WITHOUT even realising I was in it.

I was desperate, determined, ready to do anything for this freedom.

And one thing he had said to me was (paraphrasing) "Manvir, it only takes a moment and 6 months is plenty of moments."

And that really hit home for me...

It seems like a long journey, it seems that you've wasted 10, 20, 30+ years and now you're starting from ground 0, but it really only takes a moment to shift everything in your experience.

I mean don't get me wrong I put in work meditating 2-3hrs+ every day (and I still do), but it only took a moment for that opening to happen, that realisation to occur.

The shift takes a moment, it's the integration that takes "time". But once you've experienced the shift, nothing is ever the same.

So for those that are meditating thinking, "Is this even worth it?" YES IT ABSOLUTELY IS... I mean how many times have we all been like 🙄🙄🙄 f this sh*t and then when we reach the end, we're like "Oh that was so fun and amazing!" 😂...

It's usually when you're thinking about stopping, when you're about to break through like you've never broken through before 🚀🚀🚀.

Stay Consistent.
