I began my meditation journey over a decade ago. I realised that most of the pains we experience in life come from the mind, whether it be in our relationships, career, health, finances.
And that there’s this thing called ‘Enlightenment’ which says you can free yourself from the grip of your mind and return to your ‘natural state’, a state of bliss, peace and effortlessness. That remained regardless of what was going on in your life life.
This alongside other things set me off on a path exploring meditation, spirituality and enlightenment.
